Greetings ~ and thanks for stopping by!

After transitioning into real estate after 17 years in the financial services industry, I am proud to be a Colorado real estate Broker Associate and Realtor® and believe delivering great customer service in my real estate business begins with an honest conversation, asking questions and really listening to my clients.

Partnering with my clients, whether first-time home buyers or those looking to move up or down, to find a new home is such a thrill ~ and each individual has their own unique views on real estate and I am happy to say through our partnership, we both learn from each other while on their exciting journey to homeownership.

As I’m rounding out my first year in real estate, I understand why some people told me that real estate never sleeps ~ it truly doesn’t!  There are so many facets to this exciting career from networking and marketing to contracts and continuing education, earning advanced designations (like I did while earning my Certified Divorce Real Estate Professional and Strategic Pricing Analyst designations), title insurance and lending courses as well as general Colorado real estate requirements  ~ phew, and that’s only the beginning!

I laugh because someone told me no matter how prepared and organized you are that there will be late nights responding to contract deadlines at 11:30 pm and sure enough, I’ve been there!

Living in the Castle Pines/Castle Rock area of Douglas County, I’ve grown to appreciate the different and unique characteristics of our neighborhoods and developing communities throughout the Metro Denver area.  From Denver to Elizabeth, over to Roxborough and up to Broomfield, our diverse communities offer individuals and families surprising housing and schooling options so I would be honored to show you around and answer any questions you might have.

Realtor® and What That Means for You

It’s been said that your home will likely be the largest purchase you’ll make in your lifetime – and can sometimes be the most stressful too, and that’s where I come in as your personal advocate and Realtor®.

I have personally experienced the good, great and the ugly in numerous real estate and mortgage transactions and have a healthy understanding for the financial, emotional and educational concerns of my clients.

This is where having a full time Realtor® (like me!) on your side is key; someone who can guide you through the home buying or selling process, who takes the time to really listen to your needs and wishes as well as negotiate the best terms and conditions on your behalf. You want someone with great integrity who will work in YOUR best interests throughout the transaction – this is the foundation being a Realtor® and the foundation of my business.

I am a proud member and Realtor®  with the South Metro Denver REALTOR Association as well as the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors – these memberships require real estate professionals adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and maintain higher levels of education and understanding in the home buying and selling process; something I strongly believe is the foundation of any working relationship.
